"We hired Danny and his crew to remodel our Master bathroom, we were given a very reasonable quote and we accepted the bid and were scheduled within three weeks. Danny said his crew could have it done in 2 weeks. They completed the job with in the 2 week time frame and we are thrilled with the beautiful results and the quality of work and materials use was beyond our expectations. Jesus/Chewy was awesome and very professional and a top of the line craftsman who pays attention to details as he did the demolition, plumbing, electrical and tile work. We have use AZ. Stone Gallery for two other remodels of a guest bathroom and kitchen remodel. I highly recommend Arizona Stone Gallery for any remodel. Great price and quality workmanship with a beautiful results !"
"We hired AZ Stone Gallery in November 2023. I waited a while to leave a review to see if we still felt the same way after 2 months of living in the home with the countertop work completed. We had them demo and replace the countertops in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms with quartz. At first, things were great. They were on time to the initial walkthrough and gave a fair quote. As time went on, things got progressively worse. First, there was no warning of when they’d show up to the site. We didn‘t live in the home yet, so this was very inconvenient to have to leave on a whim to unlock the house, even though I had requested a call beforehand every single time I interacted with them. Second, it took them 3 days longer than initially expected. Not ideal, but it happens. Once the counters were completed, we were pretty upset. The slabs were cut short on pretty much every one. There was no caulking/bond from the huge gap between the slab and the cabinets, so there was just empty space, large enough for bugs and even rodents. There are pieces of quartz not cut perpendicularly, so they don’t line up correctly. There’s chips in the quartz below the faucet for the kitchen sink that are extremely visible. Lastly, they butchered a huge slab going up from our stove to the ceiling (pictures included). They filled their mistakes with some sort of putty that never hardened, it literally looked like white play doh stuffed in the inch wide mistake. A supervisor never came by to check the quality of work once completed— we waited 4 days for a call to check our satisfaction of their work and it never happened. We finally called them and they said they were waiting for us to call. Weird because they just left a job site looking completely unfinished and never reached out. They were kind enough to come back out once we complained. The options were to remove the slab and do it correctly (completely pushing back our move in day and also destroying our kitchen again) or order some trim to cover the mistake. We regrettably went with the latter, as we were pressed for time to move in. We were unable to install our range hood for a month because of this, so we couldn’t cook in our kitchen the entire time. Once the trim came in, they came back and fixed what they could. Before they even got to my front door to leave, they were already inquiring about the final payment we still owed. It was so disingenuous and disappointing, there was never an apology or any remorse for the inconvenience or the poor quality of work. After 2 months living and here and looking back, we’re pretty disappointed with the experience as well as the results. We wish it went better, but unfortunately, it did not."
"Arizona Stone Gallery renovated our Master Bath and installed cabinets in our laundry room in Fall 2020. 1 year later, the grout on the shower floor started coming up and we had to pay another contractor $1500 to completely re-do the floor correctly. Now, today (1/2/23), the cabinets in our laundry room are coming off the wall. We have ANOTHER contractor coming today to fix that. We saved for a long time to afford this remodel and this is what we get. DO NOT USE!"
"We just completed a kitchen remodel using Arizona Stone Gallery for the entire job, and could not be happier. Danny and his team check all the boxes - value, quality, patience (our job took a tad longer than anticipated, not their fault) and outstanding customer service. Danny's team of contractors (fabricator, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile) who all showed up on time when scheduled, were courteous and very professional. Luis in the office and Rosalio (project supervisor) were very responsive to our needs, and we appreciated all of their help. We would highly recommend Arizona Stone Gallery for a kitchen or bathroom remodel - THANK YOU DANNY AND TEAM!"
