"Did not deliver what they were supposed to. I gave the office the exact tile sizes and number that were planned by a designer. They loaded the tiles for me, however literally EVERY TILE WAS THE WRONG SIZE. The office staff were nice, but this lack of attention to detail has left me with a load of tile that I cannot use. They have a no return or exchange policy as well. I guess I should have scrutinized what they were loading, but when you give them exactly what you need, you would assume that they would deliver that."
