"If there were 10 stars, I would give that to ADL Solutions. My father had brain surgery and we had a lot to do to get ready in a short period of time. Everything from getting a comfortable bed to widening a walkway and door to installing a ramp to making sure the shower was safe for him to come home to. Above and beyond is an understatement. I called numerous references and heard story after story of the same kindness, mercy, value, and professionalism that I saw when I worked with them. "I would give them a zero for communications. We have tried to get our remodel project off the ground for months and after the initial visit we have spent more time trying to get return calls, texts or emails than the actual project. We are now out of money for fixtures we purchased for the project and have to look for another contractor. "Our Mom is 88 years old and her townhouse has absolutely zero ADA features so it was up to us to address that. The most critical item needing attention was her safety when entering and exiting her shower/tub. So we did a search and found ADL solutions. In the past similar searches for u-name-it have run the gamut from terrible to excellent and one never knows what to expect. In this case the decision was the latter.
