"You will drive far to deliver your packages for low rates. Their customer service for delivered is one of the worst customer services known to man. The pick up hubs the employees are very rude. It goes by the hour of block. You do not get to see your route until you go to the hub and show you are there. I pick up on 7th street in Phoenix az and will have to deliver 35-50 packaged around Queencreek, or Apache junction. One time for only $82.00 dollars they expected me to deliver to Phoenix, chandler az, Mesa az. Once you take out for gas that leaves me with 55.00 dollars. Honestly do not download this app and work for flex as they are underpaying flex drivers for the wear and tear on the car and for the gas that it will take to deliver THEIR packages. You will make more money doing other things within these hours rather than deliver for a company who does not care about drivers financial wellness."
"This place is not safe, especially if you drive in or out from the back, idiot drivers parked double parked in the middle of the road. Parked next the fire lane. And walking and joking around. Not safe, I almost got hit by one of them driving crazy. I am wondering of this place have any management seeing this. Not coming back to pick my orders."
