I more often buy their prepared frozen meals, like Chicken Parm which is plenty for two hungry people with great flavor. i have yet to try some others, as I'm a creature if habit, but I absolutely will! "1st off, I love that this is almost next door to my house. 2nd, the staff is amazing. I came in for bone in rib-eyes, bone in pork chops and prime filet mignon. I asked that he cut the filet mignon into 1 inch squares (for kabobs). When I walked in, I saw that there were not any bone-in pork chops so asked if they had any. The younger man pointed at the older man and said he is cutting them now. So after I received the beef, I went over to the pork chop display - they had already packed up four for me. Every time I go to the New York Butcher, we get such amazing service. The price is a little more than the grocery store or Costco, the quality is soooooo much better! We are having the pork chops tonight - what I love about their pork chops is that they leave a bit more fat around the edge so they don't dry out when you cook them. "Net York butcher shop Wonderful selection of meats, frozen foods, especially the frozen prepped meals, you take you bake, you sit, you eat and don’t forget to pop open that bottle of vine. We started with Berkshire pork chops, they threw in some of their own seasoning for us to try. We seared them, turn down the grill, and they were cooked perfectly. Jennifer greeted us at the door, Franco the owner showed us around and introduced us to Chris the chef. Welcome Franco, Chris, Jennifer, George & Danielle.
