"For me it was 2.5 stars. The cake was beautiful. Exactly what I asked for. But eating it was a different story. Cake layers were too thick, over baked and dry. Lemon curd tasted very fake. Frosting was thin but tasted good. If your priority is looks over taste then definitely order here. If not my recommendation is to go somewhere else. For me it was very disappointing."

"We have ordered custom cakes several times before and as you can see, the first three cakes were ABSOLUTELY stunning and well worth the price tag. However, we ordered another custom cake for my sons 3rd birthday and as you can see, the quality is severely lacking and could have been done better at a local grocery store. And on top of it, his name was spelled wrong and had to be corrected. These cakes are over $100 and should be the quality you pay for. The only thing quality about my experience was the sweet staff member, Hannah."

"This cake store is pretty awesome. When a problem came up, they handled it in a very satisfying manner. The staff is polite and the food is amazing. So far I've tried 5 items from their store and every one has been phenomenal. The cupcakes are perfect, moist and fluffy, and the frosting recipe reminds me of when my mother and I would bake. The cake was out of this world as you can see for yourself, but the flavor is something you'll have to try to believe."

"Ordered 6 different cupcakes thru doordash from their signature section. All of them but one were fresh. Taste was good for the ones that were fresh. Presentation and packaging was nice too. Brownie that we got was stale for sure. It was rock solid. One not so fresh cupcake made my experience not so great. Overall neutral experience."
