"Girlfriend took car into for engine maintenance. Warranty wanted it driven into the ground. They said they would help us with a newer car with trade in! Got a 18 Tucson 80k on the engine. Three months and one oil change! Now it is a paper weight needing a full new engine! A valve was corroded made the spark plug deteriorate and spark plug broke! All could have been avoided if car was properly inspected and spark plugs checked! Went to multiple mechanics and was told they should replace for free or at least help us get into another car! They inspected the motor after having the car a week and a half with no call or info given! Finally they did the inspection and said they had to look more into motor to figure out problem! But wanted us to agree to them fixing it before they look more into in so still don’t know for sure what is wrong with vehicle! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!"
