"I found this Mexican grocery store about a month ago and its been great for getting Avocados, Jalapeños, etc. Usually fully stocked and decently fresh produce. Unfortunately, today I went in for the large Avocados on sale TODAY only and there weren’t any out. I had to ask 4 employees to see if they had any. All wearing Ear Pods and ignoring you. All but one acted like they didn’t speak English, just because I don’t speak Spanish doesn’t mean I’m unworthy of your customer service. And all of them were putting produce out, yet only one (the last one) was willing to go in the back to check. That one didn’t come back for a long time and I couldn’t find anyone to go find him, so I left. I tried to call later before returning to check. No answer to the phone ringing and ringing. I wonder where are the managers. I saw two people putting other merchandise out that claimed they didn’t work for the store. I’m wondering if that was true. Seemed to be a lot of passing the buck at this store. I gave 3 stars because I usually find good produce that I want and the last team member, Carlos did end up finding the large Avocados after I had left and returned 3 hours later and he was friendly and kind this time. So I appreciate him."
