"Worst dental office I have been to. The initial visit and cleaning went well but after getting my second filling I was in extreme pain. I called the office I went in to get my bite adjusted and my teeth were still in pain. I had to get another filling done and called to let them know I was still in pain and could not get the other filling done they told me to come in; and I did my gums where still swollen and I refused to get another filling done. As I was walking out, they told me I had an outstanding balance and I thought that was weird because I had paid my prior visits. The receptionist said my insurance didn’t cover everything, so I decided to call my insurance after my insurance called them, they said I was being charged a $100 cancellation fee. Not only did she lie about the charges, but they are trying to charge me for showing up and calling them that I was still in pain. This office only cares about money and not patients. On top of that their manager is rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this dentist, beware"

"Today I saw Sarah for an annual cleaning. I come to the dentist with a little anxiety from past experiences and I have to say she was so sweet and kind not only with how gentle she was with her cleaning but kept checking to see if I was comfortable and relaxed. She did a wonderful job and I couldn’t have left happier! 10/10 would recommend."

"Front office was warm and helpful. Got right in to see Dr. Stanley and was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism. My implant went perfect. Dr. Stanley‘s clinical skills and chair side manner were excellent and his staff followed up with a check up call to see how I was recovering. Very good experience! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in this area."

"Disappointed to say the least. I have no idea what is going on here. I was part of their dental plan paying $44 a month and would get a whole entire deep cleaning. I had a temporary loss of income and paused on the $44. When I was able to go back to their plan apparently the $44 doesn’t even cover this “special” deep cleaning which is different from a “regular” deep cleaning. Now my fault I didn’t read the paperwork clearly a few months ago that I had to come out of pocket $340 just for ONE side of deep cleaning and have to pay another one in December. I will have a new dental plan in the next week and I was told whatever plan I have I may have to pay $150 for the visit????? I think the staff is great and friendly and not their fault of the changes. But this is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn’t have credits cards then what? On top of that I’m paying down my cards and using only when necessary and had to spend $340 EXTRA for one side of service. There are other dental places I will be looking into. If I can stay within network while keeping my costs down I will do that. I have a budget I keep while incorporating my physical wellness. $44 per month in addition to over $600 for a “deep cleaning” is not in my budget."
