Value Dental Centers

"Terrible!!! Not even one star but it wouldn't give me the option to post unless I checked at least one star. This will be my last visit to Value Dental Centers. My appointment was for a 6 month check up and cleaning. The technician had to take 4 X-rays of one area, seemed this must be her first time. When I asked, she said she was new to this office. She didn't floss my teeth properly. She was pulling the floss through by the end to get it out rather than pulling it down and out. I was kept waiting several times by the tech, the hygienist and the dentist. My appointment was at noon and I didn't get out of there until 2:45pm."

"Value Dental Centers Went for the Groupon teeth whitening special. To get this procedure required the new patient forms to be completed. That was fine. The whitening procedure was handled as poor as it gets. The first part is to determine the color of your teeth. The lighting was poor and it was impossible to make a determination. I gave up on that. The whitening application was inserted in my mouth quickly and I believe I didn't have it in the right place. After 10 minutes a timer went off. The technician had 2 patients simultaneously and it was another 10 minutes before the whitening application was removed. The visual review of the whitening was again with inadequate lighting. The results were the upper teeth showed some whitening on the tips but the top of the teeth showed no improvement. The bottom teeth did whiten. The whole process lacked professionalism. The space in the office made a simple task of repositioning a light clumsy. The dentist did an exam that clearly was being done because it was required prior to the whitening procedure. There is an attempt to enroll you in a dental program. I went there because I wanted my teeth whitened and felt a procedure in a dentists office was superior to the over the counter applications. I intend to ask for a refund of my money. I am certain they will refuse but this will hopefully communicate the depth of my outrage."

"Wow! What an unexpected nice surprise! The center was clean and the employees were very professional. I especially enjoyed my time with Dr. Lee who was sooo helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. I visited Value Dental because I was traveling and was faced with an emergency and wouldn't hesitate to return."

"This office is located inside Wal-mart. I stopped in to see if they could see me for a cleaning. They did not have time to get me in but since I was going shopping I told the receptionist to call or text me if something opens. She said she’d get me in the schedule but it would be in 45 minutes. She text me 5 minutes before they were ready for me and I got a one of the best dental cleanings I ever had. I usually pay upwards of $100 for my cleanings at other places. I scored with this cleaning for $35 bucks."
