"Jeff made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth for me. in my case it wasn't the windshield, it was the rooftop cristal, that for some reason requires some extra authorization by another company besides the insurance one, but Jeff handled the whole process, the communication with the insurance, and with the other company, and then just gave me a call to schedule the fixing. It was on time, in the promised time to complete, and fixed as my satisfaction. Whenever I need to get a cristal repair, I'm going to give him a call."

"I was referred to Glass Act by my insurance company, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. The funniest of interactions, I tried to call, my headphones weren't connected and I accidentally hung up on Jeff, and he even called me back right after! I was able to send the photos over for 2 cracked windshields as well as my insurance information, and he called me back later that afternoon to set up the call with the insurance company, and 2 days later, boom, brand new windows! The process was honestly the easiest process i've ever been a part of. The day of, I was working from home and in between meetings and Brian did his thing outside and I came out to check how things were going during and after the process.
