"I like products and service, but they often tell me that the alternator is bad when it is the battery. For me it has never needed an alternator/generator. Always a battery. I have always gotten the correct part, which is not true with the other major brand parts stores. Warranty is good. Remember batteries only last about 2 years in this heat, so purchase the battery with the 3 year warranty. Update: replaced blower resister about once every 2 years, lifetime warranty in effect!"

"I just gassed up my car, and it barely started. I knew my battery was on its last leg, so I headed for this AutoZone close to my house. I got the battery here 3 years and 1 month ago. Just out of warranty - LOL. Fortunately, they had the battery I needed and reasonably priced compared to other places. Not only did Jacob give my 10% off, but Chris changed out the battery for me. That's great service! My wife's battery died a few months back, and it was under warranty. They changed it out lickity split with no issues. This is the place to get car batteries!"
