"Awful experience from start to finish. To begin you need a quarter to use the cart and they don’t explain how to get the cart out once he put the quarter in so I sat there struggling with it for a good 10 minutes. The produce is disgusting the order of the store makes no logical sense, the staff was rude and unwilling to look for anything. Then I go to check out and they have only one lane open. I felt bad for the people that had to wait for my two orders to check out. The lady checked out my first order, threw it all in the cart and tossed the receipt in the cart, and then proceeded to check out my second order and place it all together, even though she knew, they were separate orders. When I asked her where the receipt was for the first order, her response was well I tried to hand it to you… The cashiers don’t bag your groceries you have to pay for bags if you want them and buy them yourself. I am not sure why anyone would voluntarily ever shop at this store. I was there for an hour only saw two other people, so I have no clue how this place even legally stays in business. Then after leaving, I couldn’t figure out how to get the quarter out of the cart because again there’s no directions or anyone to help you."
"I’m an Aldi shopper and advocate. The fruits and vegetables are very fresh as are the meats. Although not huge like other grocery stores, Aldi provides an excellent selection of products. Their private label items are as good ( or better) than many name brands. Oh… did I mention the amazing prices and satisfaction guarantee? OUTSTANDING!"
"Have to pay for carts? I don't carry change, so I couldn't shop here today. Seems that you have to have your own bags as well, saw several people with loose items in their carts out in the parking lot and one lady trying to carry several things in her arms. Not sure how I feel about that."
"I have been waiting for this adventure discovering a new grocery outlet. I took two buses to get there cuz I do not have a vehicle. They had excellent prices. The atmosphere was casual. I was able to find a lot of things in a short amount of time. The only thing that I did not like was that their meat selection could have been better. I like Aldi's, and will go back again."
"I love this store and their concept. The location and newly renovated store is great. Their prices are amazing. However their service at this location is bad, none of their employee look happy and they seem very bothered when you ask for help."
