"I was in search of great tahini while visiting my mom. Clayman (sp?) educated me on the differences among several brands and had me sample one they sell by the pound. Amazing! He shared a few cooking tips and taught me about the various grains sold in bulk. He encouraged me to take pictures and show him what I create. Fantastic experience and I’ll be back. Oh and the freshly baked bread - outstanding! His service made my trip and makes me excited to get home and cook."
