"They ripped me off. I took it in. They said it needed transmission. After $4k in repair i picked up my car drive off to highway and 20 miles later same problem . Had it towed back and then they fixed the real problem for $1500. And they brokered the repairs to another transmission company. So I'm sure they made a profit there also."
"I had an electric car in for a check up. I asked that the charger be connected to test charging ability and explained it doesn't require a special charge station--just a normal 110 outlet. I picked the vehicle up and only had 10 miles of power. I live 27 miles from the "Repair Center". The charger was not checked and it created several hours of extreme inconvenience."
"Solid quality auto care. Not much of a discount if you are a AAA member but it is something. Good customer service. A good quality honest shop with plenty of skilled technician that can get the job right the first time. Hard to find good honest and reliable shops these days, but this one you can count on."
