"Wasn't there for fuel, newly purchased vehicle exhibited serious mechanical issue brought us in. Leilani was extremely gracious in letting us park under the pump shade (we had a running motor but unsafe to risk moving / steering) while we waited a couple three hours for a tow to the dealer. She put humans before profit, and exemplified customer service. Interior staff was also extremely polite and welcoming during our small purchases while we waited."
