"I am so sorry I do not remember her name but she picked up the phone when I called the wrong store when I found out that my a daughter received half of a haircut that was uneven. It was the whole side of her hair cut and everything was jagged and uneven. She saw us right away and she had to match the too short of a cut the other lady did but it made my daughter happy. Thank you so very much!"
"NEVER come here. I asked for my hair to be cut to one inch above my shoulders, no layers, just one length. The older gentleman that works here cut it all the way to my CHIN. It is at least three inches shorter than what I asked for (I measured with a ruler). It's uneven and shorter in the back than it is in the front. There are random long pieces interspersed in it. I know this isn't a professional salon or anything, but with how simple my request was, I simply can't believe he managed to get it this wrong. I had a terrible time calling over and over trying to get a refund before I finally had to go back in and wait for them to figure out how to process the refund which seems to be a complicated process. Thanks Great Clips for ruining my hair and my confidence this summer and for the $16 refund that I can put toward the $400 cost of hair extensions. Tell your enemies to come get their hair cut here."
"I went in for a simple haircut. It was the location in Elliot & Higley, & Hanna was the person who cut my hair. She came to the front, stared into the computer, said my name and after I stood up, she turned around and walked back to her chair. Literally said nothing after she said my name while looking into the computer. When cutting my hair she was forcefully pushing my head with the electric razor. My head moved a few inches every single stroke. Some of them actually were painful. She still didn't say any words to me until about 3/4 of the way through the cut when she said "anything else?" I assumed she meant a shampoo or something, so I responded "no thank you". Honestly, I was afraid to say anything to her. She walked me up to pay, again without saying anything, I paid, and I left. When I got home and brushed through my hair, it was incredibly uneven, razor marks in the side of my head, and incredibly uneven on top. It was, by far, the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. But more than that, it was quite possibly the worst experience of my entire life. Perhaps she just had a bad day, perhaps someone close passed recently. I wasn't there to judge her, but I can say the experience made me feel so sick to my stomach. How can I ever go back to this location? Or even any location?"
"Horrible customer service. Sent my daughter to get a hair cut. She made an appointment before going. She showed up for her appointment and they acted like she was a bother. One girl refused to do the cut and another spent a total of 5 min on the cut, leaving every couple snips to go talk to others. No wash. No style. Garbage!!! Will NEVER go here again!!!"
