"Dr. Dave and Matt are fabulous dentists and so incredibly nice. I followed them from their previous office even though it was 35min away from me. If this review was just about them this would be 5 stars. The front office staff on the other hand, are misaligned with each other, confused and don’t really seem to have a strong work ethic for customer service. I kindly voiced my concerns to the very young manager about all the confusion and extra trips it caused. That didn’t seem to help from me still getting lost in their shuffle. After multiple follow ups on my part with no movement after a few months I gave up. When they did follow up only to confirm my cleaning appointment 5 months later with no idea I was still waiting to hear from them on the other work, I knew it was time to unfortunately move on. I explained why I was cancelling my cleaning appointment and moving on and she simply said “ok” and we both just said goodbye and hung up. It was very strange."
