"It has been the worst experience we have had with my husband, today 01/18/2024 we went to a scheduled appointment two days ago, this was our first time there. The reason for the consultation was a chipped tooth and not only did they dare to suggest that I needed a root canal, but they also charged us for the appointment as an emergency, when from the moment we requested the appointment by phone it was stated that there was no pain and that It was a resin repair. He left them the photo of the bill and the tooth so that they don't get robbed and waste two hours of their time. The really annoying thing is that they do not previously inform you that this is considered an emergency and therefore the cost it has, that way you decide whether to stay for the appointment or not, on the contrary, inside they pass you the bill without any alternative. If this is with insurance, I don't want to imagine what people without insurance will charge. We definitely feel robbed. And I repeat, they charged for the emergency as seen on the invoice and did nothing. They only saw the tooth. The correct thing is to inform them that the consultation would cost 1 dollar and one would decide whether or not to pay beforehand. You can see it on the invoice and in the photo of the tooth."
