"Intake was quick and easy, as I had already completed client forms online. I felt it was a bit of a waste thought because aesthetician didn’t really refer to the information I had reported on the client intake, and just asked me about my skin and what I was looking for in the session. If that was the case, what was the point of filling out the forms ahead of time. Even down to the music preference was asked on the form, and the music that was on was the same generic spa music. I would have liked the aesthetician to tell me what product she was using and why, during the conversation prior to the facial or during the facial. I had to ask after the facial about what she actually did/used. All that said, it was a great facial. I wanted a relaxing experience and facial that would brighten and hydrate my skin. And those expectations were definitely met."
