"I purchased a coupon for services from Phylicia. When I first called to make the appointment, she told me the first appointment was six weeks out. I got my hair done elsewhere and figured I would use the coupon for a touch up. When I went to make the appointment, she texted me that she wasn’t working (middle of the week) and would make an appointment the following day. The communication lacked in terms of basic customer service, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Today she texted me that I couldn’t get an appointment for another month. I told her the coupon expired in three weeks and asked what she suggested. She replied rudely to make an appointment and pay the difference. While I’d love to entrust my hair with such a champion of basic customer service, I’m gonna pass."

"BEWARE DO NOT USE, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Purchased a Groupon on May 27th and the soonest I could make an appointment was on June 6th. I arrived to the appointment and she started to explain her FULL highlight option only includes 4OZ of color and I would need to purchase more color. I explained I did not see this restriction explained in the Groupon it only states other fees may apply. I asked if the 4oz allowance would cover a Partial Highlight and she said she had no idea, what is wrong with this lady. So I told her to proceed with only what the Groupon covered and I would ask Groupon to explain to me the verbiage of her ad. She then refused to honor the Groupon after she had already redeemed it of course. I instantly contacted Groupon and they informed me I can’t get a refund because it’s been over 3 days since my purchase. I called her and she said, “do you just want to do your hair?” now I know this woman is nuts to think I would let someone with a bad attitude touch my hair. So my take on her offering to honor the Groupon after she refused to is that she caused me aguish for no other reason but to throw around attitude. KARMA catches up to everyone and she has a huge dose of it coming her way! So I took 2hrs off work for this appointment, drove 30miles out of my way, my daughter in law had to drag her 3month old baby out in the heat to pick up my Son from the salon since we drive together not to mention I have spent hours with Groupon trying to make them understand their vendor refused service. The short of this long explanation is this idiot stylist has wasted my time and money plus other people’s time and money. I still have not received a refund and still need my hair colored. Worst experience I have ever had with a stylist! BEWARE DO NOT USE, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!"
