"By far the saddest experience, there was young girl working the register upon my visit. While waiting in a yet long line, I had to use the restroom so I went to look for one (there isn’t) but I heard some woman talking in the back room. I thought to myself “those can’t be employees?” I understand a lot of places are understaffed, thus one person on a register. After about another 10 minutes in line and the woman behind me saying she’s called for help THREE times I’m like OH, so that had to be employees talking in the back. I go back there and simply say “excuse me are you employees?” The conversation stopped, no answer I continued “well if you are there’s a line of 20+people and the girl has called for help I’m sure she’d appreciate it.” Two woman (who must be a supervisor?) come scrambling out within a few minutes. One of them making rude remark to the young girl at the register “why didn’t you call” she did, and by this time it was the 4th time. Her face was honestly heart breaking, she handled the situation so well. But as I’m sure it won’t ever be spoken about or maybe it’s an often thing, I wrote this in honor of how poorly I seen her treated and whether she knows it or how not okay it was. Literally 0/10."
"Love this store. Tell security guard to stop harassing elderly disabled people by following them out to cars. It is legal to leave placard on dashboard!!"
"Re train your cashiers please. Tell them to ask for help when the line is full and with carts as seen in orientation video. They should be greeting all customers but understandable if they don’t however, that energy that should be reserved for a warm and welcoming greeting should not be saved for frustration when cashier doesn’t know how to deal with a long line. Manager should be more than willing to help when summoned. It’s a cashier job you ring people up help them here and there and send them on their way. You’re paid by the hour not the customer and nobody is yelling at you just confused as to why you’re being rude to every customer. I worked at dollar tree it gets tough not so tough that you display the message you don’t want to be there at all. Who wants to be at work no one but here we all are. Fix it or find a better job"
"Seriously rude employees. I don't need a finger shaken at me with some worker saying no no no., when I asked if there was a cart to go out since I had a huge cart full and 2 small children. Whatever. I know you had some but the employee in the back threw a fit when I asked to use for a few minutes because her empty boxes in it were more important. Then not one employee helped when my daughter went outside found another stores cart brought it inside for us to load up and then the cart tipped as we went out spilling our thing. Never going back! Thank you to the passerbys outside that did stop and help us gather our things and watch my young one while I made sure my other was ok and picked up. Really appreciate you."
"Horrible customer service. Was not greeted as I walked into the store although the cash registers are near the front of the door and a couple of employees were there. Upon been rang up by the cashier was not spoken to,but I was verbally told the total and given a receipt without a thank you for coming thank you have a great day or anything. Employees just care less these days. Great customer service is the difference between failure or success."
