Caffal squeezed me into their last appointment of the day and were SO SWEET. All of them were so nice! 100/10 would recommend!! Also they are so low income friendly"

"I have been going to this dental office for almost my entire life. I trusted this office with the health of my teeth because I am in fact not a dentist. However, DR. Lane Sanders and many other DOCTORS from this office have been telling me that my wisdom teeth are fine for years. After getting an x-ray today to see what is going on with my wisdom teeth, they explained that I need to have them removed because they are colliding with the rest of my teeth. From that point I was shown the x-ray from 2019 that shows the exact same issue of teeth growing in at a 45 degree angle. Like I said I am not a dentist, but it does not take a dentist to realize that when they grow in at a 45 degree angle that they are going to collide and we have had almost 5 years since the x-ray taken in 2019 and the MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS that I have TRUSTED have failed to acknowledge that they were going to need to be removed. I will never step foot into this office again and I FIRMLY suggest everyone else do the same. Find a better dental office that cares about its patients and is not a cash grab facility waiting until you're in excruciating pain. If this review is removed it will be re-posted. Update: Once the review has been posted, I get a text at 4:34pm today that they have scheduled me another appt without asking me my permission, I had already advised everyone inside the office that I would not be coming back and that I would be finding a new dental office to work with. It is Amazing what happens when you start letting people know of the malpractice/scam that is being ran out of this building."

"I am not a current patient at this office. I walked in a day ago with somewhat of an ortho emergency. I tried multiple offices that wouldn’t give me the time of day. The staff at this office was very professional, and compassionate. They actually listened to me, took a look at what was going on. Nothing could be done at their clinic but it felt like someone actually cared. At the moment I can not switch to another dentist because I am in the middle of treatment. As soon as I am done, I am certain I will be a patient at this clinic. Thank you !!! I appreciate it!"
