"I had my BMW towed to CB and received instant customer service as I walked in the door. My car would not start and I already confirmed it was not the battery with AAA. I got a call the next morning with an inspection & estimate for repairs by a text. I authored a new starter and had them replace the rear brakes and rotors. We discussed several other items needing attention but there was no pressure by CB service rep to do them now and I liked that he didn’t try any scare tactics.
