"I went in for a simple curl style with a blowout and hair wash with conditioning treatment. Told my very kind stylist that my hair is stubborn but she said not to worry. Hair looked great right after it was styled but after a 15 minute drive home my hair was almost completely straight. I asked how long the style should last and I was told at least the day which was great as I was going to my bridal shower a hour after my hair appointment. Definitely disappointed and will not be going back considering I spent over $70 before tip."

"Great concept. Great head massage and hair styling. However, employees need to look presentable. Every one there looked like they rolled out of bed and just threw on clothes. They also looked like they hadn't washed their own hair in quite some time. This was definitely a turn off. When I go to an establishment like this I expect the staff to look put together especially if they are providing a service to make people feel and look good. The vibe of the salon is clean looking and the staffs appearance definitely brought that down. Other than appearance they were all friendly. Also, chairs at stations were pretty uncomfortable."
