"It was my first time to 20 Volume salon at Gilbert. I had the privilege to have Clara and she did an awesome work. My hair is black ,thick and long and she did it very beautifully with copper highlights and long layers . Everyone at my work praised for the new look and all credits goes to Clara. Thank you Clara for the wonderful job."

"Awful experience. Asked for a basic haircut, started with beautiful long and healthy hair and ended with an atrocious uneven haircut with bangs just days before my family photos. This salon should have standards for who they hire because this experience was a nightmare. Stylist Francis was so inexperienced she didn’t know how to cut long layers with face framing and instead of asking for help she started cutting like crazy. I was poked in the eye with her fingers and she didn’t even realize it either because she was panicking at the disaster of a cut. In addition, she disregarded my hair preferences by saying that “bangs are in anyways” and that I didn’t mind going a bit shorter on the length - while I didn’t mind going a bit shorter than planned, I didn’t think it would come at the expense of my hair volume. Another stylist had to intervene to fix the disaster that was left and could only do so much. I would not recommend this stylist and I would encourage you to go elsewhere or simply schedule with experienced stylists. I left the salon in complete shock."

"Just had my first appt. Cut & color, I use to color it myself. I met Lacy, she started with a neck & shoulder massage, explained every step she was taking with my hair. We picked out a color, she conditioned & glossed (whatever it is called) my hair and it felt like I had new hair when I left. Lacy is personable, professional and I can't wait to see her again."

"Such a beautiful and open salon! All the ladies are super nice and welcoming. They even offer you wine (or tea, water, coffee)! My favorite part is the hand massage at the shampoo bowl. Oh, and they have the most comfortable shampoo bowls I've ever sat back in. I recommend this place every time someone compliments my hair."
