"We've received great care here. The staff wasn't the most upbeat/friendly, but they weren't rude either. Just average customer care. But they have the best out of pocket prices hands down!"

"DO NOT bring your children to see Dr.Nein at this location. If I could give it no star, I would. Their website claims to works great with children who have special needs but this Dr has NO IDEA how to work with children let alone a child that has autism like my daughter has. This Dr RIPPED my daughters teeth out without her being fully numb, (he gave her the shots and not even 3-5 minutes later he comes back)and as she’s screaming trying to say it hurts, he continues to pull a second tooth out and it was after that, that she let out a BLOOD CURDLING scream and screaming “ow” and all this dr did was say “you’re good to go” and WALKS OUT OF THE ROOM WHILE MY DAUGHTER IS BLEEDING EVERYWHERE ALL OVER ME. I will make sure that i report this dr as well as if this is not handled, I will be having my lawyer taking further matters."

"Where do I start with this place? The front desk is so unfriendly and are so lazy. They act like checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and printing excise notes are so hard. The roll their eyes for just about everything they have to do related to their job, the thing they get paid to do. The dentist themselves are just as lazy. My daughter had an appt and most of the appt we spent waiting just to see the dentist for a minute and he leaves and says he does not time to fill a cavity because the appt takes 30mins. Will how long is my daughters appointment anyway? 3mins apart? Because he literally just walked it looked my daughters mouth says she needs to fill a cavity and walks out and didn’t see him again. I’m not coming back here. I’m sure there are other children dentistries out there that are really here to treat and care for the patients and not just here to meet production and collect a check."

"Don't take your children here especially if they needs crowns or dental work done. I took my son in for 1silver crown in the back of his mouth and one baby root canal and when we were there i was told they would let me know before hand if he needed any additional work done. We got there and waited over 2 and a half hours for him to be seen then they never told me he needed any additional work done. my 5 yr old came out with 7 silver crowns when all he needed was his cavities sealed. how do i tell my 5 yr who hates his smile now that we cant do anything about it. They never asked me before doing any additional work and to top it off the front staff is unprofessional one girl walked in with her hair so messy you could tell she had just woken up and left for work, her hair was a mess and the attitude is uncalled for. Don't take your kids to this horrible place."
