"This place is absolutely horrible. First I had my appointments scheduled then I got a call saying that the office would be closed and that I need to reschedule my appointments. I called to reschedule and the girl in the front so that they are open so I was a bit confused on why I got that first call. After rescheduling I did confirm my two appointments several times prior to the date even confirm the night before. I go in and the girl in the front said that there's only one appointment. She is unfriendly and rude not helpful at all. My husband also had an appointment and I went to cancel his and apparently he was not on the schedule either. I feel that they pick and choose who they want the doctor to see. I was told that there's no management there but once every several weeks."

"Avoid. Do not come to this dentist. My husband's crown fell out 3 times. He now has an infection because of the amount of injections and prodding that occurred by staff who clearly had NO idea what they were doing. I sat on hold for over an hour just for their automated system to keep looping me back through to no one. We finally drove to the office and they have the front office staff helping out in the back so no one can get through to make appointments or anything. He is in immense pain and we are now seeking another dentist to fix his crown and the additional issues they caused. Incredibly unprofessional and will consistently warn people of this company for the rest of my life."

"Please please do not go to this office for orthodontic treatment !!! We have been patients for nearly 2 years and every month is some kind of issue with scheduling, the orthodontist is never in, the schedule is inconsistent they reschedule your appointments without speaking to you. Worse experience Ive had with a dentist office"

"The Dr that seen me was awesome. He had such a great bedside manner. He was nice funny, understanding and caring. His nurses are great as well really caring and very nice. I will be returning."

"Katelyn at the front desk is probably the worst person to work with. I called in 2 different times and she either would put me on hold or hang up the phone on me. When I went in she was very unprofessional rude and power hungry, she needs another round of customer service training for sure. Soon as this work is done I will never be going back to this location. Other then Katelyn the opportunity is great to get your teeth fixed but a person like her at the gate will bring any company down."
