"I had problems with my boat tachs in Lake Erie Ohio. The first time I called, the gentleman I spoke with gave me some free advice and troubleshooting tips. Later I decided to go ahead and send them the tachs. They did some quick troubleshooting and cleaning and sent me a video of the working tachs. I called and the gentleman said to not worry about cost; only the shipping. I told him they were very helpful and to please invoice me. Total turn around time from when I shipped and received my tachs was a week. I am more than pleased with their friendly service and having my original branded tachs working. I fully recommend them and have done so in the boating community."
