"Had our Toyota Prius worked on. Car had some shaking with the check engine light on. Mechanic said he could have the car fixed in about a day. I told him that we would be patient so he do a good job and make sure the car had no issues at all. A week turned into two, then a month, then 2 months. Finally we decided to have a gently used engine dropped in. We go to pick it up thinking it’s fixed, but then the temperature light came on. There was no coolant and no oil!!! I go to pour oil it and it just leaked out all over. After three months, we learned that our car had be taken to another shop. Picked up the car from there and still having issues! Car wasn’t fixed, paid 2000 for an engine, and as a family, we had to buy another car."
