"Guy on phone assured me it would be 45 minutes, was in a serious rut so agreed to paid the high price of $289 to get towed two miles (more than any tow I've paid) in order to get the car to the shop on time. 90 minutes go by with a no show and I call to ask what's up, guy said it would be an hour from now so about 3 hours total. I tell him the shop would be closed so I would need to cancel and schedule another tow, he says it's $70 to cancel even though it's their fault for giving the wrong estimate."

"After calling and saying they would be 3 hours late I informed them we’d have to reschedule to the morning as the shop would be closed. They rescheduled us to 730 am and said the driver would call at 7am. I was awake at 630 to take the call just in case. They never showed and when I called to check in they said a driver called us at 530 am and we didn’t answer so it was cancelled and our card was charged. I pretty graciously asked if we could reschedule the tow and deduct the amount my card was charged and they refused. Just know if you book these guys you need to be on your phone 24/7 and on their timeline bc they won’t follow through on what they commit to do and will charge you money for whatever they like."

"Very nice lady on the phone. Said it would be 25 minutes for tow. Changed $239. Paid. Then waited and waited 1.5 hours later called 5 times no answer. Call some Corp office number and said that they have to reschedule til tomorrow."
