"I’ve been going here for my brows for several years now and my past two times have been horrible. Last time I came, I left with bleeding eyebrows and it left scabs along my brow line for a week or so. Last night I went for a clean up just like they always do and left with almost no eyebrows left. I have never seen my eyebrows so thin in my entire life. I could not be more upset with how horrible they look. And the two brows are completely uneven. This used to be a great place but they have gone downhill very quickly. Save yourself and find somewhere else for your brows."

"I’ve been going for a while for regular brow threading but this past Saturday was especially great someone who I hadn’t seen before had done my brows and shaped them so well! I had always struggled with my natural brow shape but she cleaned me up so well my only regret is not getting her name ^^"

"My first visit was with one of owner’s daughter She was in that week from Texas and she has magic fingers. With zero pain she did eyebrows and upper lips, my second visit was with a employee named Sandy, it was the most painful experience, she did it more roughly and did not even bother to be patient through the process She did not even clean my face for the left over hair just gave tissue and did not even offer to apply aloe gel and Iam sorry that I did not even tip her, the area around my eyebrows was sore almost 24 Hours and I couldn’t even touch or apply soap to my face, I would never go with her in my life again even, my third experience was with another Daughter of their’s who lives in Phx and she was amazing too, I have a thick eye brow and people got to have skill to do it for my hair nature else it will so painful for me. Both the daughter’s are amazing and I haven’t tried with the owner herself. I hope mom would be great too as like her kids."

"After trying to find threading places near us almost went to an expensive waving placing until I found Rehana Beauty Bar on Google. We got there shortly after it opened and didn’t have to wait at all. She did a great job and it was an affordable price. Told my husband I’ll be coming here to get my eyebrows threaded from now on, and we have to drive 30+ minutes to get there but it’s worth it."

"I just went to have face threading. I went exactly at 10 am on a Saturday. The place was still closed. Waited by the playground for the lady to come to open. When I got back at 10:15 there was another lady there. Waited patiently for my turn. When it was my turn the Rehana's daughter was extremely rude and told me she does not have time to do my full face. She asked me to wait after she takes the 2 ladies that came in 10 minutes after me. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in this business and the actions of the owners daughter. Definitely will not be giving her my business again. You can clearly see that they do not care about customer service. Just responded with Saturday is our busiest day. That they can't accept walk ins for full face. I went when they 1st open. When I walked in there was just one person there. You should make that clear that you do not offer certain services. Your daughter was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Even responding to the review you can simple apologize for her behavior. Anyway Horrible customer service Disgusted with the treatment."
