"I am going to give this two stars because I don’t think the whole salon is bad. But the experience I had was enough to where I would never come back. I have been getting my hair white/ashy blonde for 16 years. So by now I can tell if a stylist is going do right by me. Mine didn’t. I was in her chair for 8 hours. I haven’t ever been at a salon for more than 4. I paid $400 for a full highlight on medium length fine hair, root smudge and a trim. My hair was not even close to the color I wanted but i was honestly so sticker shocked on how the price JUMPED almost double for an overly long visit, my hair was dry and tangly I had to buy MORE products to help reverse the damage and my hair “toner” never fully came out so my hair was left patchy I have white blonde/ yellow blonde strands like the same strands have multiple colors. Again I have been going to salons for years. And I was recommended by family to this place for being fair priced and good work. I should have known better seeing that my sisters hair was yellow after a visit so I made sure to tell them I want some one who specializes in color correction and blondes, I didn’t need a color correction my hair was virgin hair with grown out highlights. I know how my hair lifts and I know how my hair should feel if they know what they are doing or how to do blondes well. So I personally will never be going back there. I’m sure if I had said something I maybe could have had it fixed but I didn’t want to go back to the same girl or spend a cent more than I already spent there for essentially ruining my hair."

"I want to preference this comment by saying the young lady that provided her service was absolutely amazing! Professional, considerate and did an amazing job considering. I absolutely hold her immediate mentors and private owners responsible for my bad review. As an owner of a salon you should nurture and guide your new stylists by helping them maintain services in a timely manner. They're learning and may take longer! So, either provide your patron accordingly or help them create that result. Secondly, if I spend 3 1/2 hours of my time with a new stylists that's (20yrs old) don't charged me $ 200 for them to learn on my time. You as the owner set her and I up for failure in regards to enjoying the experience!!! Pls revise your approach because it wasn't her or my down fall! It was yours!!!"

The staff is so nice, and Julie is a miracle worker because my hair was not looking great until she worked her magic, and now I get compliments all the time about the cut and color. The studio had a very modern feel, and I appreciate all the details, bright interior, comfortable chairs and wash stations, and great products."
