"Went there to have Gary look at my car. First time I had been there felt like I had known him for years. Told him what I would like for him to check.He gave me a estimate. It was a little expensive but better than what I was getting. Definitely a very HONEST and Up front guy. He took a look told me when I came back asked what I wanted to do. He said he could get me in the next morning. So I did it. When I got my car back it was half the cost of the estimate. Told me what else needed to be done for it to be completed. I now have a new mechanic. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. I will recommend him to my family,kids ,friends as well as anyone else who is looking for a GRAT MECHANIC."

"Autocrafters is top notch. Their customer service was beyond what you would expect to get at a body shop. They definitely went above and beyond after I got in an accident. I was referred to them and am very grateful that I was. When I took it to them I had a stereo I was in the middle of installing, and even though it's not their specialty they went ahead and did the job for me! They were quick, and extremely reasonable price wise. I'm going to be doing more modifications to my Lancer, and I know exactly who I'm going to for it! These guys make you feel like family, and went the extra mile, even called me back a week later just to make sure the job was satisfactory. You just don't get that level of customer service at many places anymore, ESPECIALLY garages.
