"BEWARE: READ REVIEW ENTIRELY I had to take Nedal Fayad to court since he damaged my car while it was in his possession on the lot, and he dragged his feet into having it repaired. I ended up footing the bill and sued him for the cost, to which he came up with an untrue statement saying I owed him $400.00 for a diagnostic test that was never agreed to or mentioned. To this day, I am still waiting to receive the money awarded by the judge on 8/11/2022 to be paid by Fayad Auto Tech. Shortly after our court hearing, Fayad Auto Tech was "permanently closed" and the demand letters I sent to the shop were coming back to me. I reported Fayad Auto Tech to the BBB, and the AZ Attorney Generals office and there has still been no resolution."

"Honest, reliable and fair. We've been taking our vehicles to him since 2008. He has always taken the time to answer all of my one million and one questions. I have never walked away feeling as though I've been overcharged or that an unnecessary repair was done. Additionally, my daughter started college and needed a reliable vehicle for her commute. We were going to have him inspect a used vehicle for her. Long story short, we ended up buying a car from him instead and for a far better price. The little car runs great, looks great and she loves it. Great guy and great service!"
