VIP Taxi

"Thankful for VIP taxi and being able to book a last minute pick up in the middle of the night from the hotel to the airport when our scheduled transport abruptly canceled on us. They arrived on time to the hotel for the ride to the airport. We would have used VIP Taxi for the round trip - airport to hotel and back - but their app wasn’t working and we weren’t able to book online when we were initially looking for transportation. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 star rating."

"My car is broken down and I needed to get a ride to a couple of different places to run important errands. All the other taxi services seemed too difficult to engage. The lady at VIP explained everything very well, and quoted a price (not including the wait fee by the driver, while I was conducting my business.) And she was spot on with that pricing. The driver they sent, was an extremely pleasant and kind driver...named TROY. He was such a gentleman (had to help me click my seatbelt into place)...and a great conversationalist. I inadvertently left my cell phone in his car...and, although he could have just returned it to the office lost and found...he responded to the calls my cousin made to dispatch,on my behalf...and he returned it to me personally. As a result of this experience, I shall always call VIP Taxi in the future...and I will see if they will let me request TROY as my driver. Excellent company and exemplary service! "I just pulled up at a gas station and saw this car, noticed it’s a business but was unable to see the name of the business and services from behind. I walked up to the lady who was pumping gas and explained I just wanted to see what kinda business it was. She was so rude, she had the most attitude and downright racist. I laughed and walked away. I’m a business owner as well and always looking to network. She just cost this company potential clients. Be kind guys, you never know who you are talking to or who they know."

"I liked how quick I was able to get a ride. I felt comfortable and reassured, and I liked that I was able to track when my ride was approaching so I knew it was on the way. My driver was excellent and made certain I made it to my destination."

"They were fast picking me up. The driver, Dwana, was friendly and had a very bubbly personality. The car was smooth riding. Rates were compatible with other companies. Pleasant drive that left me feeling as if I'd just made a new friend. Thank you."
