"I reserved a car months in advance for my parents who are nervous flyers. The car was from Phoenix to Yuma. Their flight was on one and the owner cancelled and sent notice 20 minutes before they landed. They were rude, unprofessional, completely unhelpful and left us with a mess of a situation. They lied and said the flight was late. They no longer accept reviews and are clearly trying to hide their shoddy service. They are awful. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. BEWARE!!!"

"Their service was outstanding from the time I made the appointment to have them pick up my wife, to the driver that was to pick up my wife. The driver name was Debbie and she was wonderful with my wife, she was early to pick her up and helped with bags and the car was very clean outside and inside and during the 45 minute trip she was very nice and they had some enjoyable conversations that made the drive seem shorter than it was. I will be using them again when the wife is coming back home, this is a true professional shuttle company, only wish all company's ran as well as Airport Shuttle of Phoenix. So if you are looking for a shuttle, this is the company for you. (Update) 2 weeks later, my wife was coming home, so i called the airport shuttle of phoenix again and got everything set for pick up at 10 pm, and the driver that night was Sue, and she was early to pick up my wife and was very helpful getting her and the bags in the car, also was very nice and Talkative with my wife and she enjoyed her much, which made the ride very enjoyable and was on-time to the airport. All i can say is this company is a 5 star rating to me and the wife and will always use them when visiting friends and family in phoenix, the best."
