"More than Disappointed. FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. They didn't make their first appointment. they set a 3 hour window for the second (8-11) showed up at 11:10. I am a realtor and had to use another vehicle to show properties so I wasn't there to sign for the final repair. Fingerprints, Smudge marks, silicon and glass shards EVERYWHERE. they expected to drive 100miles to have it cleaned.... or to set up another appointment.... because they were SOOOO prompt the first 2 times. Oh and the winshield is whistling. STAY AWAY"

"This company is another one of those vendors that files glass claims out of a tent in a parking lot. They go into the local businesses and have the employees give them their insurance info so that they can put in a glass claim. They have submitted many glass claims with my clients and we have to get our vendors to replace the glass they installed since the glass is not to windshield specifications nor installed properly. Please call your insurance company to have this done right!"

"The Glass professionals that installed my glass did sloppy and less than satisfying work. The tech rushed my signature after the job was completed, not informing me that he had scratched my car down to bare metal and tore my window moldings. After finding these upon secondary inspection I called Car Glass Professionals to tell them the problem. Before a manager contacted me the technician called me in the morning admitting he had scratched my car, trying to cover his sloppy workmanship. After being strung out for the next 4 days Car Glass Professionals is not claiming responsibility for damaging my car after having both the inspector and Technician admitting to damaging my car. This companies glass installer did poor work and tried to cover up the damages he made to my car, and unfortunately they got away with it. I strongly recommend using a different company to install your glass if you want the job done well."

"Well my experience if you want to call it that....... it has been 2 weeks now sense this company replace my windshield with wrong parts and still can't get it right. I miss work twice already due to no show no call, sick and tired of hearing apologies left and right and promises on getting it done right the next time and the next time and the next time......and my car still looks like crap! PEOPLE BE SMART STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONALS WHATSOEVER!!!!!"

"Just got my windshield repaired. Darrel Cadell came to fix it, was quick, and did an awesome job! You cant even see the chip on there anymore. I was a bit skeptical about using their services at first. We had Tim Barrairas come into our office offering free services (but who thinks anything is free these days right?) I went online to search them nothing came up but I went ahead and took his offer. Today my windshield was fixed and I am incredibly impressed. Thanks CAR GLASS PROFESSIONALS!"
