She was super attentive, understanding and even goes the extra mile with relaxing music, cold roller for the face and other things I don’t know the names of but made me very comfortable."

"This place is absolutely horrible!!! One, way over priced. They are a corporate money grab. The lash girls are nice, but not so great. I've gotten lash extensions before but really wanted them done for a last minute event and they had the availability. As soon as I opened my eyes I hated my lashes. The girl shrugged and said oh well we know for next time. What?? I was on the brink of tears. She gave me thick clunky lashes. I wanted a natural classic set (which I've gotten before with no problem). I went to the front and told the woman up front how I didn't like them and was sad because I don't want to look like this for my event. She quickly said oh no let's get them fixed and scheduled me less than 24 hours later. I come in for my fix it appointment at 8am on the weekend just to be told that the girl called out last minute. I was not called, texted, or emailed. I show up early as heck, cold and excited. But she said she could schedule me another day, I work full time and really don't have the availability for this. I hate this place and I do not recommend anyone goes unless you are desperate for lashes and don't care how it turns out."

"I wanted to love ALS but sadly I’m cancelling my membership because after my last 2 sets, my eyes became super itchy, even after using eyedrops and washing my lashes. I’m experienced with having lash extensions and know how to care for them. And the fall out rate was just insane, only after 5 days. Two nights ago, I was having major irritation, so I started combing through my lashes with a spoolie and literally lashes just kept falling out and twisting off. I started recording them falling off just to show my girlfriends I wasn't crazy, lol. Ultimately I feel that I’m overpaying for the service and quality of lashes received. At this price point of $130 per month, with added $50 per visit with tip and additional hidden costs, I am far better off elsewhere. I want to be clear though, the ladies who did my lashes, Mackenzie and Alex, are super great and very kind, but the lashes just didn’t stay in place and my eyes are irritated from the glue and application."

"I had my first set of lashes done on Friday the 22nd. I loved them and followed the directions exactly. Woke up Saturday morning with a ton of lashes missing. Called and they got me in for an adjustment appointment on Sunday morning. They looked great again. Looked great yesterday. Woke up this morning with significantly less lashes again. It's bad enough their add said first set $79.99 I booked the appointment and it said $99. I saw it was with a master lash tech so, I figured that's why it was more. Went to check out and my total was $129.99. The front desk lady said there was an extra $30 charge for a master tech. Add tip and I paid $149.99 for lashes that look terrible and have gaps 4 days after my original appointment and 2 days after the adjustment appointment. I loved how they looked now, I'm embarrassed for people to see them!"
