"When you call to make an appointment, you are routed to an incompetent overseas call center. How should the customer know he should be ordering the part needed? Isn't that the service department's job? I show up for my appointment to get the stereo USB port replaced and was disappointed to find out no one ordered the part, and I would not have my stereo ready for my weekend road trip. Rescheduled for a week later. I hope my next visit is better. I don't blame staff. They are great, but the company cuts corners on customer service."
"This place made me switch car brands. I brought my Subaru here a couple of times. Every time I was lied to about services that had been done, or lied to about the severity/pricing of the worked needed. The last time I went, I called them out on it, and told them I was coming to get my car. Not only did they try to prevent me from taking it, but when I arrived, no one spoke a word to me. Not one. Like a bunch of toddlers giving me the silent treatment because baby didn’t get their way. It’s the worst type of business: cruel and embarrassing. After my Subaru died (because someone didn’t do the work they were paid to), I bought a used Prius. I have had zero issues with it, and it even saved my life once. And the folks at Toyota are very nice when I go in for inspections. In stark contrast to the rude, abrasive, and conniving atmosphere from this horrible Subaru place. Glad to see I’m not the only one with a poor experience. Maybe they’ll get their act together some day, but it’s too late for me. Never Subaru, never again."
