"I generally would only let Women cut my hair because I had a bad prejudice. However Neil changed my outlook. Dude killed it, took all the time I needed to make sure I had a killer cut and he KILLED it. The place is a good professional atmosphere and they make sure they got good cuts. The only they thing they don’t cut, is corners! I’m very picky about haircuts and I’m glad I went here because they’re detailed to what YOU want. Neil is a bro who knows what a dude needs."

"Love this place. Great hair cuts. Great place to get pampered. Nice to get hands waxed and get your forearms and hands massaged. Nice hot towel on your face. And, one can get three types of shaves, beard trim and touch-ups with an electric razor, or an single bladed razor with a down stroke, or the Traditional single bladed razor with a up and down stoke shave. Very tight with the traditional. Lots of great care products are sold there. I like the pool table to have a game or two while waiting for service or after, and having a cold beer to drink. You'll walk out of there feeling like a king."

"Very disappointing experience. After having issues signing up online, I called this location and had them sign me up for a membership and asked them to book me for a haircut that is included in said membership. When I came into for my appointment the stylist did not listen to my requests and did not perform the cut I requested, and once the cut was finished they initially told me I owed them $77 for the haircut, when I explained they just signed me up for the membership they then told me it would instead be an additional $20. I asked them why would it not be covered under the membership and they told me the level of service I received is not totally covered under the membership, I explained I asked them over the phone to book the appointment as part of my membership specifically to have it be covered. They then just brushed it off by saying they "have had a lot of different people in and out of their front desk" and that I still needed to pay the difference despite the mistake being on their end. I contacted them to cancel the membership and was then contacted by a manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and inadequate haircut. She offered to refund me for the experience which I accepted, however it has been weeks since we spoke and I have yet to receive any refund. I would strongly encourage anyone to look elsewhere as the exceedingly high cost does not come close to matching the level of service and customer service you will receive here."

"Paid $50 for this.. Asked for a high mid fade, a quick google search would show you this not what I wanted. Even better I was cut by the manager who said she has been cutting hair for 35 years, if you have been doing this for 35 years why is there so many longer hairs. This great clips quality tbh. The whole time during the cut, you could tell all she cared about was the money as she kept trying to promote products. Save your money and time:)"

"I was skeptical, but I got to say, after my first visit, I was sold! I went for the full boardroom experience, the shampoo was so relaxing, had my hands dipped in wax, something I have never experienced. The haircut was very pleasant and the gal talked me through proper care and what to look for in my shampoo and conditioners! I will most definitely return. Returned, as promised, and Pat made my experience! She did an exceptional job and, exactly what I wanted!"
