"I do not recommend this place at all. These guys are quick to compliment you and greet you with all smiles but once it comes down to actually helping out the customer then its straight silence. I find it funny how your slogan is "always the better choice" well guess what, its not. You guys are quick to throw costs & repairs at customers but you are not quick to give them the details. Its extremely shady how they just hand you a price of the total cost but they dont break down cost impacts associated with the repair nor the exact part that needs to be repaired. It could be the whole assembly or maybe just 1 tiny thing but you know ABC nissan, theyre going to throw the whole cost at you and charge you that diagnosis fee but hey screw it the customer doesnt need to understand whats going on. Who knows maybe youll go in for an oil change and they might recommend a new engine instead."

"I went in due to issues with my Altima not starting and getting a "key ID error" on the dash. I left my vehicle and went to work, then received a call shortly after stating both my vehicle battery and fob battery needed replacing and I approved the services. Worked my entire work day and didn't hear back. So I called the rep. Scott who I dealt with for the service and he stated he "thought" he called and left a message. Both were not the case, as there was no missed call or a message on my cell phone I carried and checked all day. After leaving the dealership I continued to have the same issues with the fob. When I called and spoke to Scott he stated I would have to pay the $175 diagnostics fee to see what the issue is. I found that ridiculous, seeing how it's the same issue I originally went for, and they charged me for. I did a Google search and instantly saw many links stating the issue was the fob battery needing to be replaced. I replaced it, and low and behold, no more issues. I called Scott for a refund of the service they charged me for but obviously didn't do. He just stated over and over the fob battery was replaced. I then asked if the fob battery was replaced, would it go bad in 3-4 weeks, and he stated no. Case closed. He still was insistent the fob battery was replaced. Proper customer service would be to simply admit to messing up and then replacing the $6 battery at no additional cost, but instead, Scott stuck to his guns and thus lost a customer at that dealership. This has been my 3rd and final service with this business. I've had issues with the service department 2-3 times as well as when I purchased the vehicle from this dealership. They are disingenuous, happy to waste your time, and will charge you for services not rendered."

"Horrible service. The don't even check out the problem my ride is in for. Instead they rack up bunk problems. My cabin filter needs replaced for $129? ( I just replaced it a week before for $8). That tells me they didn't even look at my air filter. They said repairs are over 5 grand to fix. So I went to pay the ridiculous diagnostic fee of $175. I said do you take cash app, no, just cash and card. I had $160 in cash on me. He says, I'll fudge some numbers. BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS. Not the first time I've had problems with these people. That's why im writing this review. Do not trust ABC Nissan."

"Went in for maintenance check-up and recall for 2018 Nissan Pathfinder 10/20/2022. Had similar experience as other reviewer mentioned about Deisy (inattentive and difficult to locate at times) but the bigger issue was a mistake the service center made and the service center went out of their way to NOT tell me, instead insisted that I only needed to return for the recall fix. They wanted to go under the radar about their error. Unknown to me until my TPMS light came on, the service tech at ABC Nissan put someone else's rim and tire on my vehicle (different wheel size) --I have 4 Michelin Defender tires I purchased elsewhere in June 2022. Yes inconvenient, not only to me, but the other customer that ended up with my rim and tire. What is the worst is that when I brought my vehicle back on 11/3, everyone I spoke to did not want to acknowledge their mistake and kept the focus on the recall. A mistake is one thing but own it and apologize for it--walk through an inspection with me. Did they get the vehicle issues resolved--yes! Did they gain my trust--no! Definitely not a service-oriented culture at ABC Nissan--I've had much better service at smaller independent auto mechanic shops. Save your money and hassle and go somewhere else!"
