"Loved the prices on the meat. I felt proud to buy so much for my family of 5. It was such a blessing. Another blessing is the cashier Benjawan. You can just feel her kindness pouring out of her. Her nice clean profession look. A big smile and very helpful. Albertsons and their customers are are truly taken care if by her."
"I wanted to share a very unprofessional experience. I had yesterday at the Albertsons. I was trying to buy a gift card for my sister, which was her birthday. I went to self check out. To make the purchase. The RUDE STORE Manager by the name of Michael. Came by and saw that I was going to pay with lose coin at “self check out” He told me I can help you at the register. I told him no I can pay here at the self check out. I have a lot loose coin that I want get rid . Sure I can use a coin star machine that you guys have but you guys charge percentage. I’d rather just use it at the self check out. Then MICHAEL TAKE My transaction to his register. I start emptying out my pocket with my loose coins. He was taking a while to count it. I then go to the front register and ask for a different manager. The second manager came by and told Michael what are you doing? Michael then told the manager that he has a lot of coins. I don’t want him to put it on my machine. The other manager looked confused why Michael was counting a bunch of loose coins. He walk away And even told Michael, he can put that coin in the self check out to make it easier for him for the transaction. After that It looks very awkward for this guy to count all my coins people in line We’re looking at us. To me, I kind of took it as discrimination Because I was paying with change . And he made me look bad. I told him you know what you’re taking a long time to count my coins. Let me take my coins and I’ll go buy a gift card at Fry’s you wasted my Time. Then this guy had the audacity to tell me you know what going forward. You should just go buy your gift card somewhere else and don’t ever buy them here at Albertsons. After that, I left was grabbing all my Coin and I left the store. When I left the store, a lady came by and told me how disrespectful that guy was towards you and you should report him. I’ve been going to that same Albertsons store for the past eight years . I’ve always got great customer service from Sandy. cindi & Juan. I don’t know who this guy is, but I wouldn’t wanna go back to this location if this MICHAEL is going to be a manager . Like he told me yesterday, we don’t want your business here I might just go to Fry’s"
"I purchased 2 lbs of 21-25 count per lb shrimp in a bag. The marked price was $11.98. ($17.98 on sale for $11.98) I drove all the way home and looked at the receipt and saw I was charged $15.98. I confirmed that I had picked up the 21-25 count bag then drove back to the store. The guy at the customer service counter immediately started arguing with me stating I must have chose the 16-20 count bag. The price for that product is $19.98 on sale for $15.98 (the price I was charged). I told him I was absolutely positive I picked up the 21-25 bag. He just said anyone can pick up the wrong bag. He eventually gave me the credit for $4.00 but you could tell he didn't believe me. The guy had a long straggly beard and rings in his ears and was very arrogant. Why does Albertson's hire people that obviously don't care about customer service. I should have brought the bag of shrimp back to the store with me to prove that I had purchased the shrimp on sale for $11.98 not $15.98 but I had no idea there would be that kind of argument with an employee of Albertson's. Unbelievable."
