The people at Harker's properly diagnosed the problem, and presented me with two options for repair. The part was dealer only, but the dealer couldn't give an eta when one would be available, because of backorder. They took the time to find a used part from a low mileage vehicle and present that to me as an alternative, which saved me both money on the repair, as well as down time on my vehicle.
