"This is a family owned store, Food is good and they cook it right after you order , so it's warm when you leave. At times, they do get very busy, so please be patient with them. They do have a website on their food. They also sale animal food, Propane, beer, ice, Please go in and check them out."

"Visited Wells Country Store today to buy something to eat. I experienced the worst customer service by the woman serving the food on 8/17/2023. As soon as I walked to the kitchen counter she immediately raised her voice and asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" and something else along the lines of, "[I AM BUSY.]" and mumbled other things. She was extremely rude upon arrival and while I was there placing the order. She did the same thing to other customers and the man she was working with or working for. I had to look around to see if it was a prank, or if they had a sign somewhere in the store that states they will treat you horrible while shopping there. I thought maybe that was part of the experience as some restaurants around the country provide, such as the now closed restaurant, Karen's Diner. But, no, she was just providing horrible customer service. The food was good, the customer service was the worse I have received, and I will definitely not be going back. I should have not even bought anything."
