"I was very happy with the work that they did. And it only took a couple days to get to work done. Of course all they had to do is take the damaged metal off and put new metal on and paint it. The customer service and a friendliness of the staff was very nice."

"I've used this shop before but I was less than thrilled with my last visit. The headlights were refurbished instead of the King Ranch Ford Logo. They also were not aimed at all. I had to pull the headlights out and rotate the bulbs for proper beam spread. Also grill was put in with a 1/4 gap on the driver side. I'm surprised that the vehicle passed delivery inspection"

"Would give them zero if possible. May 18th dropped off repair estimate.. June 1 I called for update. Was told estimate was lost and asked to email another June 23: call for update, told they just found the estimate and can contact the insurance company, it’s be 6 more weeks for an appointment. If I hadn’t called today for an update I’d never have heard from them. Save your time, go somewhere professional"

"Thank you Bell Ford Collision! My poor car was only 2 weeks old when I was attacked by a light rail crossing arm. :( Ed and his crew did an amazing job and made it look brand new again. You'd never know it was damaged! Pam in the office was friendly and helpful. I hope I never need it again but will definitely come to them if I do!"

"Took a company truck here to get fixed under insurance claim when someone rear ended it. The insurance estimate was just over $3,000. Didn't hear back for 2 weeks, insurance calls to tell me they are denying a portion of the claim because the cost grew to over $13,000. At at no time did Bell Ford call to inform us that it would cost more. Manager says that in Arizona it isnt required for them to call us to get the changes approved. I still believe they should have called. Manager thinks they did the right thing. Keep in mind this is an 8 year old work truck with 200,000 miles is valued at under $9,000! Now I have to pay more than it is worth to us to get it back."
