"Called and the lady said sure she could squeeze me in before snow hit. Walk in with my legitimate, well marked, well trained and well mannered SERVICE DOG. (Not a fake one) and was refused entry or service. She said we don’t want your dog in here. I said ma’am that’s illegal and I will report you to the ADA. She said I don’t care. So yes, I reported her and went somewhere else. Don’t support this place !"

"Extremely disloyal. My wife has used them for several years. She was generous with her tips. She cancelled twice over the last two years, and cut back from every 3 weeks pedicure and fill to to alternating fill and pedicure every 3 weeks. The owner was very upset she cut back, and will no longer take her as a customer. He's welcome to do as he wishes, but no one should depend on him. Loyalty to him will not be repaid."
