"I went in last minute before a snow storm hit my home …. The guy cut several of my fingers with the dremel tool ….Woke up the next day and multiple nails had the polish peeling as they didn’t give it time to cure them. I went in the next day - a Monday - and asked for them to be fixed. They did another horrible job and didn’t let them cure again , I was out in less than 7 minutes! And I tried to get them to do a better job but they would not. Needless to say they immediately peeled again and look awful ! I won’t be back !"

"Extremely poor quality... The staff was kind and the salon is beautiful but I won’t be returning. Cuticles nicked on both toes and hands. Polish applied sloppily and too thick in some places. Leaving bumpy looking nails. Top coat on hands doesn’t cover all of the polish in multiple places. Some spots on my hands had super thick spots that didn’t dry for almost an hour so they inevitably got messed up. Sadly it’ll be $130 and two hours down the drain because I need to get these redone. I could do a better job myself but I prefer going to professionals. This place does not hire professionals."

I showed Lee a picture of what I’d found online ash’s she did this great pink/white ombre for me. Awesome!! Wonderful job in a soothing environment. We’ll priced and very clean! I had to wait a minute but then my nails were done so fast!! Like really fast!! Love the text confirmation of my appointment too. Findinga new salon is so stressful. The people here made it easy. Had to do aneutral color for work. Will update photos when I pick someone more bold. Coming back here again!"

"I NEVER write reviews but I'm honestly so disappointed over this. I got my nails done with my mom 3 days ago, and ever since then the gel polish on my acrylic nails has been oozing and getting everywhere. It's like only the top layer of gel polish was cured. $110 for Halloween nails that are just completely falling apart."

"I'm a very patient person almost nothing makes me mad and I have never had a bad nail experience this bad and unprofessional. came in for a fill and to fix one real nail that was cracked half way up lady was very rough and I have a high pain tolerance but not when she gets ignorant on purpose also started making fun of me and talking bad about me and my husband because we are from ohio let's make one thing clear they did not realize I am fluent in there language and I am appalled at all 3 workers that were involved in the conversation also I know you also way over charged me and thought it was funny when I didn't wanna give her a big tip ..I never tip less then 20 until today. Please dont waste your time or money with this place it's not worth meeting those shameful people.. my nails have never looked this bad I have to stop at another place to get them repainted I got French tip and she left the white wavey and uneven the clear is cloudy and scuffed. What a joke"
