"We recently took our children to Dr. Vaught in Glendale, Arizona for a routine cleaning and it was a nightmare. From the moment they walked in, it was clear that this dentist lacked integrity and was not concerned with the well-being of his patients. First, he lied to us about the cost of the appointment. He told us it would be one price, but when we received the bill it was significantly higher. When we confronted him about this, he brushed it off and told me we must have misunderstood the price. But that was just the beginning of my problems with this unethical dentist. During the appointment, he was rude and impatient with my children and seemed to be rushing through the cleaning. He did not take the time to explain what he was doing or answer any of my questions. They also noticed that he was using old, worn out tools that looked like they had not been properly sterilized. When they asked him about it, he brushed it off and told them not to worry. After the appointment, my child was in pain and I had to take them to another dentist for a second opinion. It turns out that Dr. Vaught had caused damage to their teeth and gums during the cleaning. Not only was he incompetent, but he also put my children’s health at risk. We would never recommend this dentist to anyone. He is unprofessional, unethical, and a danger to his patients. Avoid Dr. Vaught at all costs and find a reputable pediatric dentist who actually cares about your child's well-being."
