"The hygienist did not floss my teeth after cleaning them. I have a bridge on the lower and it needs to be flossed after cleaning as well as the rest of my teeth. The hygienist, staff, assistant were all very friendly. The dentist was very nice and thorough. Also, please use my phone number to communicate with me instead of my husband's. Thank you."

"The gentleman working behind the front desk was less than welcoming. My experience continued with a very patient and kind x-ray tech who did an amazing job . the dental hygienist was thorough and kind, and that’s when my experience ended positive. The dentist came into the examining room, tapping at my teeth, asking me over and over if they hurt when I said no he tapped harder and then came back with x-rays about what could be happening to my teeth and what I might want to do on top of recommendations of immediate care the gentleman from the front office came to give me the quote. I was given over $4000 in dental work which I do not need when I told the gentleman that would not be happening. He abruptly walked away, he seemed irritated that his scare tactics did not work on me and the sale was not happening .I will return to this establishment."

"Just moved to Phoenix and was looking for a new dentist. I received a postcard in the mail and looked up their reviews (which were great). So I decided to give them a shot. I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted as soon at I hit the door. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist (Dr. Fletcher) was friendly and inviting. They explained everything that they were doing. At the end of my visit, the cost breakdown was thoroughly covered and I left with complete understanding of what was up next. My next appointment was booked too. This is my new dentist and you should make them yours too."

"I liked the personnel, Dr. Fletcher is business like and professional, Morgan is really nice and comforting. During my root canal procedure, they didn't ask if I was doing okay or checking in on me from time to time considering how long the procedure was. I guess I got used to this check in with the patient from prior dentists. That won't stop me from returning but it is a nice touch if done. Dr. Fletcher called to check on me the day after root canal. First time that ever happened to me. Nice touch Doc!"

They were kind and caring and Dr. Fletcher thanked me and told me she was honored to care for me. Who does that???!!! It made me feel special and important. We also thoroughly discussed my current dental situation and made a short and long term plan for my teeth. I’m glad I went to see them and I recommend them if you’re looking for a new dentist."
